Q. Do I have to register on the e4health IQ Education Center to take courses?
A. Yes. Registration is required to access courses and track your progress.
Q. How do I find out about new IQ courses?
A. We announce new courses to our newsletter subscribers. Sign up and follow us using the social media and newsletter links below.
Q. Do these courses count for continuing education credit?
A. Some do. The IQ Education Center is approved to offer AHIMA, AAPC, and ACDIS CEUs, and provides two types of courses:
- Clarification and general information courses (non-CEU)
- Courses approved for AHIMA, AAPC, or ACDIS CEU credit
Q. Can I start a course at any time?
A. Yes. Courses can be started at any time.
Q. How do I submit my course certificate for AHIMA CEU credit?
A. Log in to your MyAHIMA account and select “CEU Center” under the “Education and Certification” section. For complete instructions, visit http://www.ahima.org/certification/Recertification.
Q. How do I submit my course certificate for AAPC CEU credit?
A. Log in to your MyAAPC account, hover over MyAAPC, and select “Submit CEUs.” Click “Add CEUs,” enter the Index Number and date, then follow the prompt to upload your certificate.
Q. How do I submit my course certificate for ACDIS CEU credit?
A. ACDIS credential holders self-report CEUs at recertification and retain their certificates as documentation. For what qualifies and how to record your credits, see the ACDIS certification guidelines.
Q. How long do I have to complete a course once I begin?
A. Courses must be completed within 90 days of the start date.
