How to Access the Courses

- Log In: Search your inbox for an email with the subject: [e4health IQ Education Center] Login Details.
- Set Your Password: Click the password reset link in the email to set your password. Once your password is reset, you’ll be taken to the “My Account” screen. Click “My Courses” and scroll to the bottom of the page to see the three webinar courses.
- Complete the Webinars: Watch all three of Jeanie’s webinars. The IQ Center’s built-in reporting will automatically record your participation.
These webinars are tailored to empower CNY Family Care providers with the latest coding best practices, helping you maintain compliance and optimize documentation. Your participation is critical, and we’ve made the process as user-friendly as possible to fit your busy schedule.
